ELECRAMA 2027 Stall Design Guide for Electrical and Power Equipment Brands
Plan an ELECRAMA 2027 stall for transformers, switchgear, EV charging and power equipment with better product access, demos and visitor flow.
ELECRAMA 2027 runs from 20 to 24 February at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. The organiser expects more than 1,000 exhibitors and covers a wide electrical portfolio, including switchgear, transformers, cables, motors, energy storage, EV charging, industrial automation, renewable energy, testing equipment and power electronics.
Those products do not all belong in the same type of stall. A transformer display, an EV-charging demonstration and a cable brand have very different viewing and technical requirements.
Start with what the visitor needs to inspect. The architecture comes after that.
1. Confirm the ELECRAMA 2027 space and product list
The 17th edition of ELECRAMA is scheduled for 20-24 February 2027 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. The official product categories span electrical generation, transmission, distribution, controls, storage, mobility and related equipment.
Check the official ELECRAMA 2027 event detailsPut the confirmed hall, stall number, dimensions and open sides into the brief. Then attach a product schedule with dimensions, weight and the type of display planned for each item.
Separate static products from working demonstrations. If equipment needs power or another technical service, confirm the organiser's process and the manufacturer's operating requirements before finalising the layout.
2. Give large equipment enough viewing and access space
Electrical equipment often looks compact on a floor plan until doors, cable entries, control faces or service areas are added. Draw those clearances properly.
A visitor should be able to stand in front of a switchgear panel or transformer display without blocking the main path. If a product has a detail worth inspecting, position it where the visitor can reach the viewing point safely.
For products too large or impractical to bring in full, use a section, model, component display or approved visual explanation that still gives the technical visitor something specific to examine.
3. Use live and digital demos only where they answer a buying question
ELECRAMA has a dedicated 2027 pavilion for new energies, electric mobility and digital energy. If you are demonstrating controls, charging, monitoring or energy-management software, decide what the visitor should do at the screen.
Keep the interface close to the product or system it explains. Give the presenter enough space to stand beside the visitor without turning the demo station into a queue across the aisle.
KaamKraft designs and fabricates exhibition stalls around equipment, demonstration and meeting requirements. For ELECRAMA, share the product schedule, technical display needs, services and budget together.

4. Keep technical documents close to the right product
Electrical buyers may want ratings, standards, dimensions, applications, compatibility or test information. Put short, approved information on the display and keep detailed sheets ready for the discussion.
If the stand has several product families, make the grouping obvious. A visitor interested in EV charging should not have to search through transformer literature to find the right person.
Keep a meeting table clear enough for drawings, samples and a laptop. A technical conversation often needs a more usable surface than decorative lounge furniture.
5. Treat installation and handover as part of the design
Ask the quotation to identify structure, flooring, product supports, graphics, lighting, electrical work, AV, furniture, storage, logistics, installation and dismantling. Specialist handling should be separate where it applies.
Before dispatch, check the drawings against the final product dimensions. Confirm who brings each display unit and who connects or commissions anything that will operate.
At handover, walk the stand with the product team. Check sightlines, labels, access, demo positions, meeting space and storage. A good-looking wall does not compensate for a product that cannot be reached or explained properly.
